Dear :
As promised, here are the details on the mental health music video!
New Jersey musician Jason Didner featured Scarlet and I, along with other mental health runners, in a music video of his original song "Run with My Troubles."
The most famous of the runners in the video is Barefoot Ted, an ultrarunner prominently featured in Christopher McDougall's renowned ultrarunning memoir, Born to Run.
PLUS, A ROUNDTABLE!
We're still finding a date that works for everyone, but Jason will hold a Roundtable Discussion about Mental Health on his Youtube Channel. If you subscribe to his channel and click the "bell" you will receive a notice.
In addition to Jason, panelists include:

PLEASE SHARE WIDELY!
Especially in May, Mental Health Awareness Month, Jason and I hope to encourage as many people as possible to run (or move) with their troubles for mental and physical health!
I hope you enjoy the music video and I'll "see" you at the Roundtable tomorrow night!
Take care and be well.
