Dear :THANK YOU to everyone who reached out about my broken heart syndrome. After just a few months of intentional rest, my heart has returned to normal shape and function, and I received the all-clear
from my cardiologist. Your well-wishes and notes and messages filled (and healed?) my broken heart. BE YOUR OWN VALENTINE
I have a request this Valentine season: be kind to yourself. Talk sweetly to yourself. Thank yourself
for staying alive and getting through all the days. Encourage yourself when you're down. Speak to yourself the way you would to a small child or a beloved pet. Be your own Valentine. If this is too much, it's okay. Simply notice that, and know that I'm sending lots of big-hearted vibes your way.

RUNNING
I've gradually (cautiously) begun to train again with full doctor approval. I intend to run the Jeff Galloway half marathon in Atlanta, GA on March 19th. If you're in the area, let me know. I'm not sure I'll be able to connect, but I can wave in your general direction from the hotel. ON THE BLOGHere's my latest blog post, "How to
place awareness on an object of meditation." I'm always open to questions about meditation and how I use it in all areas of life. You really can meditate anywhere, anytime, using anything. Meditation is a highly adaptable tool.
COACHING CURIOUS?
I reopened my mindfulness coaching calendar. I help athletes, professionals, and creatives thrive. Head to my Calendly Page to book a session. Options include a complimentary 15-minute "Curiosity Call," and longer, paid sessions. REVIEWS
Make Every Move a Meditation continues to gather positive reviews. Here's a snip from a lovely recent
one:
"Nita’s humble and often humorous accounts make this a relatable read packed with great tips for bringing new awareness to any movement form."
If you feel moved to leave a positive review of Make Every Move a Meditation, I'd be so grateful. Short reviews are fine. Say you enjoyed the book and, if you can, explain why. That's it.
Positive reviews show prospective readers (and those pesky algorithms) that the book is a good bet. Feel free to cut and paste the same review to Goodreads. Everything counts. Huge thanks to anyone who has already left a review.
